11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
