MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price)

The sticker price the manufacturer recommends a dealer charge for a vehicle.

MSRP is a starting point, not a final price. In most markets and on most vehicles, you can negotiate below MSRP. During shortages, some dealers add 'market adjustments' above MSRP — these are usually negotiable.
