Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Last updated: February 16, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. CarSavr does not sell personal information to third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. This form is provided so any California resident can exercise their statutory right with a clear, interactive opt-out surface — separately from any general-purpose contact channel.
What submitting this form does
- We add your email to an internal
do_not_sell_requestsrecord and stop including it in any partner sharing, attribution, or postback flow you may have previously initiated. - We send a one-time acknowledgement email to the address you provide.
- We retain the opt-out record for the duration required by applicable law so we can prove compliance.
- Submitting this form does not unsubscribe you from the newsletter — use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email for that. (Email-marketing consent is separately governed.)
Other ways to opt out
You can also email privacy@carsavr.com from the address associated with your account, or use the contact form with the topic Privacy. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days under CCPA / CPRA).
