Advertising & Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: February 24, 2026

CarSavr.com is owned and operated by Ecke National Holdings, LLC, a U.S.-registered limited liability company. We publish this disclosure to be transparent with our readers, to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's "Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising" (16 CFR Part 255), and to meet the disclosure standards required by the affiliate networks we work with.

1. How CarSavr makes money

CarSavr is an independent online publisher. We do not sell insurance policies, originate loans, or issue warranty contracts. Our revenue comes primarily from affiliate marketing relationships with financial-services companies, insurance carriers, lenders, and warranty providers.

When you click a partner link on the Site, request a quote, complete an application, or otherwise transact with one of the companies we feature, we may receive a referral fee or commission. The compensation we receive varies by partner and product, and may be a flat fee per qualified lead, a per-application fee, or a percentage of the resulting transaction.

2. Where affiliate links appear

The following types of links and content may be monetized:

  • Lender, insurer, or warranty-provider rows in our comparison tables (e.g., the auto-loan and refinance rate tables).
  • "Apply Now," "See My Rate," "Compare Offers," and similar call-to-action buttons that route to a partner's landing page.
  • Quote-comparison forms that share the data you provide (such as ZIP code and email) with vetted affiliate partners.
  • Editorial articles and guides that include contextual partner recommendations.

Outbound links that pass attribution to a partner are clearly tagged with either a disclosure banner above the relevant section, a footnote on the card or row itself, or an indication on the destination URL ("Affiliate offer").

3. Editorial independence

Compensation never determines our editorial content. Specifically:

  • Our rankings, comparisons, and editorial scores are determined by a published methodology — not by which partner pays us more.
  • Our writers and editors do not see commission rates while ranking or reviewing products.
  • We feature non-monetized providers (those we do not earn from) where they are objectively a better fit for the reader.
  • We will refuse coverage of any company whose product would not pass our editorial review, regardless of compensation offered.
  • Editorial assessments are reviewed and updated on a regular cadence; the "Last updated" chip displayed on each lender row reflects the most recent editorial review or rate confirmation, not a commercial event. See our full ranking methodology for the published scoring rubric.

4. Partners we work with

CarSavr maintains affiliate relationships with U.S.-licensed insurers, lenders, refinance providers, vehicle-service-contract administrators, and quote-aggregation networks. We work only with partners that demonstrate clear underwriting standards, transparent fee disclosures, and compliance with applicable state and federal consumer-protection laws. We do not work with payday lenders, title lenders, or any product we consider predatory.

5. Quote-form data sharing

When you submit a quote-comparison form on the Site, the limited information you provide is shared only with the affiliate partners that match the product category you requested (for example, auto-loan providers when you submit the auto-loan form). We do not share unrelated personal information, browsing history, or your form data with parties outside this opt-in comparison flow. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Not financial, legal, or insurance advice

Information on the Site — including rate tables, calculator outputs, editorial commentary, and FAQs — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for personalized financial, legal, insurance, or tax advice. The actual rates, terms, fees, and product availability you are offered will depend on your credit history, location, vehicle, and each partner's underwriting criteria. Always read each partner's own disclosures before opening an account.

7. Disclaimers required by partners

Some of our partners require specific disclosures to appear alongside their offers. Where required, these appear directly on the relevant comparison card or in a footnote on the relevant page. Examples include NMLS identifiers for lenders, state insurance license numbers for insurance carriers, and equal-housing-opportunity statements where applicable.
