Dealer Markup (ADM)
A charge dealers add above MSRP, common during shortages or on high-demand vehicles.
Additional Dealer Markup (ADM) of $2,000-$10,000+ became common in 2021-2023. ADM is almost always negotiable — walk away and shop other dealers if a markup is non-negotiable.
